Tuesday’s bidding included a penthouse, three super high-income group (HIG) flats and six HIG flats. These flats were sold at a price much higher than the reserve price.
Officials said that on the first day of DDA’s e-auction dwarka flatsAll 10 flats included in the bid were sold.
The e-auction will continue for the next two days and more flats will be put up for sale. A senior official said that it is expected that all the flats will be sold on those days too.
Earlier, flats were offered in Rohini and Jasola. Housing Scheme are sold.
On August 6, three housing schemes were announced in a DDA meeting chaired by Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena.
