The builder fails to collect the dues from all the residents, causing inconvenience to those who pay their bills regularly.
Dwarka Dham Colony resident Puneet Sharma said that about 800 to 1000 families live in Dwarka Dham Colony. They are facing problems every month for the last five months due to the builder not collecting the bills properly.
The electricity distribution company stops the electricity supply when the dues are due. Earlier, the officials of the electricity supply company considered the matter and did not stop the electricity supply for a long time. However, they cut the power supply on Thursday morning, causing a lot of trouble to the residents.
As a result, more than 100 residents approached the Gandhi Nagar police to lodge a complaint against the builder group.
Gandhi Nagar police station in-charge Suresh Farkle said that the police have received a complaint from residents and the matter is being investigated. Appropriate action will be taken after investigation.
