The Lieutenant Governor said that during his tour of unauthorized colonies, he observed that residents face challenges in accessing the benefits of PM-UDAY due to systemic apathy and procedural hurdles.

“Taking cognizance of this, in an important people-oriented step, I have directed the DDA to organize single window clearance camps in unauthorized colonies and provide on-the-spot solutions in the next month,” he said.
He further said that in a pioneering initiative, officials from DDA and all concerned departments will be present in these camps to provide assistance, eliminate bureaucratic hurdles and help the residents meet the requirements of regularization.
“We are committed to providing ownership rights to the people of Delhi living in regular unauthorized colonies through PM-UDAY,” the LG stressed in his post.
