New Delhi: After Jasola, all flats in Delhi will be auctioned. Delhi Development Authority ,DDA) introduced under the housing scheme Rohini Officials said on Saturday that all the flats have been sold. More than 700 LIG flats were up for sale in Rohini. Affordable Home Housing Scheme 2024 He said that all of these have been completely sold out.
Officials said there were 41 HIG flats in Jasola under the middle class housing scheme and they were sold out on the first day itself.
The auction began on September 10 and over 1,100 flats of DDA’s affordable housing and middle-class housing schemes were sold on the very first day of booking.
The DDA has also said that for the first time, it has made available all the details of its housing schemes including location details, flat category details, nearby amenities, photographs and videos through an online portal.
On August 6, three housing schemes were announced in a DDA meeting chaired by Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena.
The Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024 will provide flats to low income group (LIG) and economically weaker section (EWS) in Ramgarh Colony, Sirsapur, Loknayakpuram, Rohini and Narela at subsidized rates through FCFS mode. Around 34,000 flats will be offered under the scheme, with a starting price of around Rs 11.5 lakh.
DDA Middle Class Housing Scheme 2024 will provide flats of all categories including high income group (HIG), middle income group (MIG), LIG and EWS in various localities including Jasola, Loknayakpuram and Narela. These flats will be offered at 2023 prices without any price hike. The starting price of the flats is around Rs 29 lakh and around 5,400 flats are to be offered under this scheme.
DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024 offers MIG, HIG and high-class flats in Sector 14, 16B and 19B through e-auction process. This will give people a chance to buy their home in the posh area of Dwarka. Around 173 flats are being offered under this scheme.
