He said that despite a large crowd gathering outside the premises, no official came forward to address their concerns, instead the staff closed the gates and deployed security personnel.
The project consists of eight towers containing approximately 1,100 flats. Many buyers have already paid up to 90% of the total price of their homes. For those waiting for possession, the financial burden has been significant, as they are forced to pay both rent and EMIs.

Another protester, Manoj Khandelwal, said, “We have been waiting for our houses for the last six years. The September deadline has passed, and despite the OC application in February, we still do not have our houses.”
Jatti Bhatia, another aggrieved buyer, said only nominal construction work has taken place in recent months.
Responding, a Hero Realty spokesperson said the company is committed to prioritizing customer needs and Phase 1 of the project, comprising four towers, has been completed.
“We have submitted the necessary documents to obtain the possession certificate and the process of handing over the possession will start once we get the OC,” the spokesperson said.
