The flats offered across various categories include over 250 LIG flats in Rohini Sector 34 and 35, priced at Rs 12-15.5 lakh and 180 EWS flats in Mangolpuri area, priced at Rs 32-35 lakh.
The proposed categories also include 1,800 EWS flats priced between Rs 18-20 lakh in Sector A1-A4 (Pocket 1A, 1B and 1C) of Narela. The remaining flats will be in Narela, Siraspur, Loknayakpuram and other areas.

Officials claimed that out of about 9,000 flats offered in the first phase of the Affordable Housing Scheme and Middle Class Housing Scheme, at least 1,650 flats were sold on first-come, first-served basis in Jasola, Narela, Rohini, Loknayakpuram, Ramgarh.
