New Delhi: Registration of Properties Pune Despite strong demand, it fell 11 percent year-on-year to 13,371 units in November. Knight Frank IndiaPune recorded 13,371 property registrations in November 2024, bringing revenue of Rs 475 crore to the state exchequer, real estate consultant Knight Frank India said in a statement on Saturday.
14,988 units were registered in November last year.
Registration of properties fell 36 per cent in November compared to 20,894 units in October this year.

Commenting on the data, Rohit GeraThe managing director of Pune-based Gera Developments said registrations in November generally result in sales made in September.
“The increased prices as well as the increase in home sizes have resulted in a slight slowdown in sales, causing overall home prices to reach the limits of affordability. The second reason for the month’s slowdown in the numbers may be due to changes in housing affordability,” Gera said. Said, “It will take a few months to decide the dates of the festive season every year.”
Garvit Tiwari, director and co-founder of Inframantra, said, “The decline has property registration in pune There is no sign of any weakness in the market in November.
“There remains strong demand from property seekers and any decline could be due to the high base effect,” he said.
The housing market last year saw record high property sales across Indian cities, Tiwari said.
“Strong infrastructure growth, affordability, employment opportunities and homeownership sentiments have been strong drivers for the Pune housing market,” he said.
