New Delhi: Registration of Properties Mumbai Municipal sector grew 5 per cent to over 10,200 units during November due to better housing demand Knight Frank India9,736 units were registered during November 2023.
Real estate consultant Knight Frank India said in a statement on Saturday that Mumbai city, is under the jurisdiction of Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) recorded 10,216 property registrations in November 2024.
These figures are till 8 pm on Saturday night. The number may increase slightly.
Registrations of properties declined in November compared to 12,960 units registered in October.
CMD of Knight Frank India Shishir Baijal Said that the gradual decline after the festive surge in October reflects a natural phase of market consolidation.
“Importantly, the growing demand for premium properties and larger living spaces underlines a decisive shift towards quality, value and long-term investment in Mumbai’s dynamic real estate landscape,” he said.
