New Delhi: The Pune Housing and Area Development Boarda regional unit of MHADAhas started the registration and application process for the sale of 6,294 housing units,
These housing units are across PunePimpri-Chinchwad, Solapur, Kolhapur and Sangli districts, which include areas under the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA).
Pune Board’s lottery is divided into five sections:
- 2,340 units are available for immediate allotment under the First Come, First Serve (FCFS) scheme.
- 93 units under MHADA Housing Scheme.
- 418 units under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), are also available under the FCFS scheme.
- 3,312 units under the 20% comprehensive housing scheme, covering areas within Pune Municipal Corporation, Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation and PMRDA.
- 131 units under 15% social housing scheme.
The online lottery for these units will be conducted on December 5, 2024. Shivajirao Adhalrao Patil of Pune Board said that the government is actively working for expansion. affordable housing Through future projects in areas like Alandi and Shirur, where land has already been acquired, and said redevelopment of old MHADA colonies in Pune will provide further housing options.
Applicants can register and submit their applications online from 12:00 noon on October 10, 2024. The registration and application process will close on November 12, 2024 at 5:00 PM, and applicants can submit their EMD payment till November 12, 2024 at 11:59 PM.
The provisional list of eligible applicants will be published on the official website of MHADA on 23rd November 2024 at 7:00 PM.
Applicants can submit objections or claims regarding the provisional list till 5:00 pm on November 27, 2024. The final list of eligible participants will be published on November 30, 2024.
