In the July-September 24 quarter, sales exceeded nearly 68,400 units, with over 62,000 new units launched.

The cumulative share of apartment launches for Mumbai, Pune and Hyderabad was 65%. Similarly, Mumbai, Pune and Bengaluru also account for 65% of the total sales in the same quarter. Mumbai tops the sales with 32% share, followed by Pune with 18%, Bengaluru with 15% and Delhi-NCR with 12%.
