The homeowners were identified as Harisingh Yadav and Manoj Kumar Gupta, both residents of N-Sector Ayodhya NagarViolations of instructions were found during routine patrolling and checking.
SHO Ayodhya Nagar Mahesh Lilhare said the commissioner has ordered landlords and institutions to update tenant and employee information on the police portal or submit it to the respective police stations.
The directive, widely circulated through police stations and media platforms, is aimed at ensuring accountability and security in residential areas.
SHO Lilhare said that during inspection it was revealed that landlords Harisingh Yadav and Manoj Kumar Gupta failed to report the details of their tenants to the police or update them on the portal.
This was a violation of the orders issued under section 223 BNSS. As a result, FIRs were registered under relevant sections of the law and investigation is underway.
