Hyderabad Rental yields increased from 3.5% in Q2 2024 to 3.7% in Q3 2024. Average monthly rent increased by 28.2% year-on-year to Rs 25.17 per sq ft, while residential prices saw a marginal increase of 6.2% year-on-year. to Rs 8,188 per sq. ft.
Similarly, Kolkata Offers balanced market dynamics with a rental yield of 3.7%. Average rent increased 12.9% year-on-year to Rs 22.14 per sq ft.
Chennai Rental yields recorded a quarter-on-quarter growth of 21.3%, while Delhi saw a growth of 8.8%.
