Under the state’s rehabilitation policy released in December 2023, developers were given the option to repay their dues. Skytech initially deposited Rs 1 crore but failed to pay the remaining amount despite multiple notices being issued on May 27, July 8 and August 14 this year.
Out of 716 units sanctioned, 474 units were registered in Metrot. This month, the authority also canceled the allotment of a 14,000 square meter plot to Logix Group subsidiary Dosil Buildtech Pvt Ltd in Sector 143 over non-payment of dues of Rs 130 crore.
The land was allotted six years ago, and no construction activity has started on the plot yet.
Earlier this year, the authority had sealed 26 unsold flats of Antriksh Golf View in Sector 78 for similar reasons and had taken action against Omaxe Buildhome Pvt Ltd in Sector 93B, which had defaulted on dues of Rs 457.8 crore. But the 9,000 square meter plot was sealed.
