New Delhi Real Estate Firm Worldwide Realty Will invest approximately Rs 320 crore to develop a 22-acre residential project ManesarHaryana. Gurugram based company is developing it golden residence Project under Deen Dayal Upadhyay Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY) scheme of Haryana Government.

The company will launch more independent floors in the next phase.
Asked about the total investment of the entire 22-acre project, Agarwal said the construction cost would be around Rs 320 crore.
The company has historically owned land parcels.
“We have launched independent floors at an initial price of Rs 1.7 crore,” Agarwal said.
The company has already developed infrastructure under the project, which is part of the 180-acre larger integrated township The Golden City.
Out of this 180-acre land parcel, the company has already developed a 118-acre industrial park in this township and is now constructing a 22-acre residential project.
In this, 40 acres of land will be left for future development.
“Manesar, Haryana, is fast emerging as a prime destination for both discerning home buyers and astute investors,” Agarwal said.
He said there is significant demand for residential and industrial space from end users in Manesar.
According to real estate consultants, the real estate market has been witnessing strong sales in the last three years.
Builders with a good track record of execution have benefited from the recovery in housing demand following the Covid pandemic.
