The apartments are spread over a total area of 13,809 sq ft on the 62nd floor in a wing of the tower on Dr Annie Besant Road. Kabra has bought this apartment with his wife, son and daughter-in-law.
The first of the two apartments is spread over 7,167 square feet and has been purchased by his son Rajesh Kabra along with his wife. Stamp duty of Rs 3.76 crore is imposed on this deal. The second apartment purchased by Shrigopal Kabra and his wife is spread over 6,642 sq ft and they have paid stamp duty of Rs 3.53 crore for the deal.
The transactions for both apartments were registered at the same time last week on October 30 and as part of the deal, the family will get exclusive access to a total of 10 car parking slots in the tower, documents obtained via IndexTap.com revealed. Let’s go.
