This limited time offer, available from October 21 to December 31, offers additional discounts on flats ranging from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 2.5 lakh.

Sargam Apartment in Jankipuram recorded the highest number of bookings at 21, followed by 15 in Aishbagh Heights, 11 in Devpur Para, 10 in CG City on Sultanpur Road and 8 at Srijan Apartment in Priyadarshini.

Additional discounts are applicable depending on the price category, including Rs 1 lakh discount for flats between Rs 22 lakh and Rs 50 lakh, Rs 1.5 lakh discount for flats between Rs 50 lakh and Rs 75 lakh and A rebate of Rs 2.5 lakh is included for flats priced above Rs 2.5 lakh. 75 lakhs.
LDA offers a variety of flat configurations including 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK units in sizes ranging from 500 to 1900 sq ft, priced between Rs 22 lakh to Rs 1.08 crore. Government employees can obtain flats with payment of 25% of the total price, while general buyers can secure them with 35% payment under hire-purchase agreement.
Additionally, buyers have the option to combine two 2BHK flats into one larger unit in some complexes.
With direct connectivity to main roads, flats are available in prime locations across Lucknow, including Gomtinagar, Jankipuram, Priyadarshini (Sitapur Road), Aliganj, Aishbagh, Kanpur Road, Devpur Para and Sharda Nagar.
