AAIJI Group buys 50 acres of land in Dholera for Rs 150 crore, ET Real Estate

New Delhi: AAIJI GROUP Have acquired 50 acres of land in Dholera Area, GujaratThe investment, with an estimated project cost of over Rs 150 crore, also includes land acquisition.

The company plans to develop 3BHK villas, plots and retail space.

Its second phase was also launched Project – Lotus 1145Taking the total area to one lakh square yards.

So far, the company has invested more than Rs 100 crore in five projects in Dholera.
