PDA reduces prices of unsold flats by 10%, Real Estate News

Therefore, the board has now agreed to reduce their prices by 10 percent. Apart from many agendas, Master Plan 2031 was also discussed in detail. Under the master plan, the urban area will expand and 1200 villages will increase around the city.

The area of ​​PDA in the Master Plan 2021 is up to 309 square kilometres; Now it has been increased by an additional 89 square kilometers. PDA has expanded several kilometers all around, but the land has not been made residential.

There was a continuous demand for residential permission in the extended area of ​​the city. In this meeting, the residential area has also been increased by 10 percent under the master plan.

Till now the residential area was 36%, which will now be increased to 46%. Similarly, the commercial sector has been increased from 2.04% to 4.57%.
